Online Music Mentoring

On completion of booking, we will contact you to arrange a Zoom video call. This will enable us to:

• Discuss your availability so we can secure a date and time for your mentor session.

• Check you have the correct microphone and camera settings for your booking and help with any technical queries.

• Discuss your specific requirements – for example, what repertoire are you studying, do you have a specific goal such as an exam or audition.

On completion of booking, we will arrange a Zoom video call with you to:

3. Confirm the booking date and time with your mentor and provide a Zoom lesson link.

• All sessions are recorded and available for you to download via a private link.  Please note that the recoding is for personal use only and cannot be shared or uploaded onto any platform without the written permission of MPS International Consultancy.

• If your requested mentor is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or fully refund your fee.

• If the lesson is unable to proceed because the broadband connection breaks down, we will arrange for it to be rescheduled. 

• As part of our safeguarding and quality control, all sessions are recorded and held securely for 3 months.

• Any booking made for a student under 18 years of age must have a responsible adult in the room with them throughout the lesson.

• Recordings can be downloaded for personal use only. It is illegal to post or share recordings without the written permission of MPS International Consultancy.
